Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

Choosing Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting in Stafford was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my vehicle! I usually take my vehicles back to the dealership, but after recent experiences where I felt like just another number or a sales target, I decided to give Maaco a try. I had heard great things about this location and its General Manager, Michael Jones, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Michael and his team showed incredible attention to detail, kept me informed, and went above and beyond at every opportunity. They even worked directly with the insurance representatives on my behalf, which made the entire process much easier and less stressful. Most importantly, they treated my vehicle with care and made it look as good as new. They even arranged and paid for an Uber to take me home after I dropped it off. That thoughtful gesture says so much about how they treat their customers. If you’re looking for honest, attentive, and genuinely caring professionals, I highly recommend Maaco in Stafford. Thank you to Michael Jones and the entire team for such an exceptional experience. Five stars all the way!

I would like to share my positive experience with Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting, especially recognizing **Michael Jones** for his outstanding customer service. From my very first visit, Michael was professional, attentive, and patient in answering all of my questions. He took the time to carefully explain the repair process and provided me with a detailed quote that helped me feel informed and confident moving forward. After my vehicle was involved in an accident just before the Christmas holidays, Maaco worked directly with the other driver’s insurance company to help make the repair process smooth and stress-free. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and I was back on the road within just a few weeks. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair work and the excellent follow-up care I received throughout the process. Michael Jones demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Michael, and the entire Maaco team, for your hard work, clear communication, and commitment to excellent service. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing quality auto body repairs.

I’ve owned my Dodge Ram for many years, and it’s always been good to me mechanically. Unfortunately, like many Dodge trucks from that era, it suffered from the well-known paint defect that caused peeling over time. About four years ago, I bit the bullet and paid for a full repaint. Right from the start, I was disappointed—the paint looked dull and cheap, and almost immediately it began bubbling. Fast-forward to today, and the truck was in pretty rough cosmetic shape. I honestly debated whether it was even worth investing more money into the truck. Mechanically it’s solid, but after my last paint experience, I was very hesitant. I shopped around for quotes—some outrageously high, others suspiciously low—and had a ton of questions about what the final result would actually look like. Eventually, I decided to go with Maaco. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Mike, the manager, was incredibly thorough and informative throughout the entire process. He made recommendations based on his experience, never tried to upsell me, and always communicated clearly. If something came up, he explained it and gave me options right away. Dave, the owner, was also very hands-on with the project.

Great service, excellent work! My 2006 Toyota 4Runner (I actually bought it in late'05, so it is literally 20 years old) has 220,000+ miles on it and runs great but it didn't look so hot! The manager, Michael Jones, worked very closely with me, sending me almost daily updates. The result is a 20 year old vehicle that not only runs great, but looks brand new!
